Bangtan Ball will announce the 2025 rates a week before bookings open up.

The following will be included in your In The Soop ticket:

• transportation to and from camp via coach bus

• a bunk in a shared cabin (with your friends and/or soon-to-be friends)

• meals & snacks (including breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

• activities

• welcome gift from Bangtan Ball

• HST

Bangtan Ball will organize coach buses to take everyone to and from In The Soop; the cost of transportation is included in the total ticket price.

Pick-up/drop-off locations for In the Soop are currently in Downtown Toronto and North York, but additional stops may be added depending on demand.

Unfortunately, taking the organized coach bus is non-negotiable due to the venue's no parking policy. However, if you will be coming from out of the province, north of Camp Couchiching or have special circumstances, please email Bangtan Ball to discuss other options (hello@bangtanball.com).

If you are attending In The Soop as part of a group, we are more than happy to bunk you with your moots. When you fill out the order form, please provide the first AND last names of everyone in your group so we can assign everyone to the same cabin. If there are any changes to your group after you complete your booking, please email hello@bangtanball.com.

Please note that if your group is not large enough to fill an entire cabin, you may be placed in a cabin with another small group and/or solo attendees.

Cabins can accommodate between 9-14 people each. They are heated and have electricity, hot and cold running water, bunk beds, storage shelves, and toilets. Shower houses are conveniently located nearby.

Wi-fi is available at specific locations within Camp.

Guests are welcome to bring their own heaters and extension cords for their cabins.

Activity sign-ups will open in August 2025 and all attendees will notified in advance via email and social media.

While the paths of Camp Couchiching are paved with loose gravel, Camp Couchiching is a mostly accessible venue. All communal buildings and some of the cabins have ramps, and there are wheelchair-friendly toilets and showers.

Bangtan Ball will share a “What to Pack” list closer to September 2025.

While Bangtan Ball won’t run any discount promotions for this event, the earlier you book, the less you pay. Ticket prices will go up the closer we get to September 12th. Bangtan Ball will notify the community via social media and newsletter at least one week before rates go up.

Bookings for In The Soop will close at 11:59 pm on Thursday, July 31st, 2025

There are no refunds, partial refunds, or reimbursements of any kind, for any reason, with no exception. If you can no longer attend In The Soop, Bangtan Ball recommends finding someone to take your place.
